Join us for this gastro and cultural tour - a discovery of the cultural, and gastronomical heritage of this region. It represents richest and most fertile grounds in the hinterland of Zadar, that has lived through many historical tales, and has at the same time been source of the best local products. Our tour starts from Zadar at 09:00, and we visit Korlat (famous for exquisite wines) for a picnic and fresh local products, Native museum in Benkovac where we try locally made wines, Asseria - ancient hillfort settlement from the 1st century, Kličevica Fortress, vineyards in Polača to see how organic wine is produced and taste it - paired with cheese and prosciutto.
