Description

Octopus baked under Dalmatian peka is something different. Although the roots of peka can be traced to continental parts of the region, there is something unique in pairing this style with an octopus as a meal coming from the sea depths. Besides this magnificent meal, you will be able to taste our own cured meat (prosciutto, salami, bacon...) and local cheese (goat, sheep and cow cheese) OR seasonal cold fish salad for starters, alongside warm homemade bread. The main course will astonish you with the softness of the octopus meat that simply melts in the mouth covered with its own juices in which it is partially cooked. Together with potatoes that surround octopus, it is a true balm for the palate. For the dessert, we will serve scalloped pancakes with cheese and cream.
